Some helpful tips as you work on these city guides

• Travelers automatically get a link to the city guide 90 days before their departure.

• You can use the Palermo, Barcelona, Florence, Paris, and Lisbon guides as inspiration. If there is helpful general information that is relevant to your location as well, feel free to copy/paste it into your city guide.

• Our travelers typically set aside time to fully read these guides and have questions up until their trip that the information in the guide will answer. Specifically information about the neighborhood, packing lists, what to bring, adapters, and all of the in-country information. Please make sure these sections are filled out.

• Another note about our travelers, they have a lot of questions! Because of this they prefer a lot of information. The more the better in this case.

• The first time doing this guide may take some more time, but after the first time, you will only need to review it for the trips following to make sure the information is current. You will not need to do the city guide for each group.

FAQ

• Once your city guide is complete, please email Steffenie to let her know. She will then publish the city guide to make it public with our travelers.

• Once your city guide is published, changes made to the city guide will be visible to travelers. These changes will not be visible right away. Changes can be made to the city guides any time.
• Our system automatically updates every 24 hours to publish changes. If you need changes to be published sooner, please email Steffenie and she will manually publish the page to reflect the updates made.
