About Federica
Federica was born and raised in Palermo by a tribe of restaurant keepers, but fell in love with travel through her grandfather’s stories. After graduating from university with a degree in Foreign Languages, she set off for a decade of travel around Europe. During this time, she worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry, including a stint at Hilton. Eventually, she returned to Sicily to work as a guide and has been leading tours across the island, and enjoying being close to her family. Besides sharing her hometown with visitors, Federica also loves jazz, cats, and the Eolian Islands.
Hours of Availability & Emergencies
- Our Community Managers are there to support your experience. They will be physically present at community events, and that is a great time to talk to them.
- Outside of community events, Community Managers are available via Whatsapp from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. As they have families and other obligations, we ask that you respect these hours for regular messages.
- Emergencies
- In the event of an emergency, you may call or text the Community Manager at any time via Whatsapp.
