About Katerina
A Prague native from birth, Katerina's passion for her hometown runs deep. After earning her degree in Tourism and gaining wide experience in hospitality, she settled into her career as a tour guide, and she’s cherished every moment since. Eager to share Prague's hidden gems, Katerina helps TGLA members move away from the tourist crowds and into the enchantment of Czech culture and its people. Beyond travel, she enjoys quality time with loved ones, whether playing board games or exploring foodie hotspots. Everywhere she goes, Katerina seeks out the authentic places and people that enable TGLA members to live like a local in this magical city of Prague.
Hours of Availability & Emergencies
- Our Community Managers are there to support your experience. They will be physically present at community events, and that is a great time to talk to them.
- Outside of community events, Community Managers are available via Whatsapp from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. As they have families and other obligations, we ask that you respect these hours for regular messages.
- Emergencies
- In the event of an emergency, you may call or text the Community Manager at any time via Whatsapp.
